Three crews (Gerrards Cross, Hillingdon, Ruislip) attended.
Crews were called to two cars involved in a road traffic collision.
Firefighters provided immediate emergency care to two females and passed them into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
A slip road closure was put into place, and vehicles were made safe by firefighters.
Thames Valley Police and National Highways were also in attendance.
