Two crews (High Wycombe, Beaconsfield) alongside two officers attended.
Crews were called to two cars involved in a road traffic collision with two adults medically trapped.
Firefighters and South Central Ambulance Service assisted the two trapped adults to self extricate from the vehicles.
Thames Valley Police were also in attendance.
