Three crews (two High Wycombe, Beaconsfield) attended alongside an officer, Thames Valley Police, South Central Ambulance Service, National Highways and Helicopter Emergency Medical Services.
Firefighters were called to seven vehicles (six cars, one heavy goods vehicle) involved in a road traffic collision.
No persons were trapped and three people suffered minor injuries and were handed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
A full road closure was put into place by National Highways, assisted by firefighters and the incident was handed over to Thames Valley Police.
