Three crews (West Ashland, Buckingham, Bicester) alongside an officer attended.
Firefighters were called to a car that had left the roadway and into a ditch.
One adult male was medically trapped with leg and head injuries.
Hydraulic equipment and small tools were used to release the male and then passed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
The incident was then handed over to Thames Valley Police.
