Small oil spill

Past

One crew from High Wycombe attended an incident involving an oil spill on the carriageway.

Firefighters were called to approximately 25 litres of oil that had leaked from a knocked‑over drum and spread across the road.

Crews used environmental absorbent pads and mud bank to soak up the oil and reduce the risk to road users, while a full road closure was put in place.

Thames Valley Police was also in attendance.
