Smoke Cloak Activated in High Rise

Seven Crews (Three from West Ashland, one from Broughton, Newport Pagnell, Buckingham, Aylesbury) alongside and Aerial appliance and four officers.

Smoke was issuing from the ground floor of a seven storey high-rise building consisting of ground floor offices and residential properties above.

A smoke cloak had been activated and firefighters vented the area.

Firefighters used:

  • Four Breathing Apparatus sets
  • Two thermal imaging cameras
  • Positive pressure ventilation fan

Thames Valley Police were also in attendance.
