Two appliances and crews from West Ashland, a boat appliance and crew from Newport Pagnell, along with an officer attended.
Three cars were located within flood water.
The firefighters wore wide area flooding kit and assisted one man out of the vehicle uninjured.
They used a thermal imaging camera, throwlines and an immediate emergency care kit.
A road closure was put in place.
