One appliance and crew from Gerrards Cross and one from Beaconsfield attended.
A van was well alight on arrival.
The firefighters used two sets of breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets.
They also provided immediate emergency care to a man suffering from burns.
The van was 100 percent destroyed by the fire, a detached garage was also approximately five percent damaged by the fire and approximately 20 percent damaged by heat.
A full road closure was put in place, Thames Valley Police also attended.
