About the role

This role will be instrumental in focusing our people and Service into greater levels of performance.

This role includes;

  • Strategic managerial leadership and direction
  •  Shaping and facilitating the delivery of corporate objectives for BFRS
  • Supporting the development of organisational capability
  • Establish an effective platform for all people-related activities
  • Oversee and support the training plans for the service

About you

We are looking for someone who has

  • Proven experience as a HR/OD strategic leader
  • Experience of effective financial management and managing budgets
  • Creativity and vision to improve performance and achieve results
  • The ability to respond positively to ambiguity, change, obstacles and challenges

 

Qualifications & Training:
• CIPD Qualified to Level 7
• Relevant degree or professional qualifications and experience

The package

£113,802 per year
