About the role

This role will be instrumental in focusing our people and Service into greater levels of performance.

This role includes;

Strategic managerial leadership and direction
Shaping and facilitating the delivery of corporate objectives for BFRS
Supporting the development of organisational capability
Establish an effective platform for all people-related activities
Oversee and support the training plans for the service

About you

We are looking for someone who has

Proven experience as a HR/OD strategic leader
Experience of effective financial management and managing budgets
Creativity and vision to improve performance and achieve results
The ability to respond positively to ambiguity, change, obstacles and challenges

Qualifications & Training:
• CIPD Qualified to Level 7
• Relevant degree or professional qualifications and experience

£113,802 per year
