ICT Trainer (Fixed-Term)

About this vacancy

You will be responsible for:

Leading and managing the identification, design, delivery, assurance, and evaluation of Microsoft Office applications training programmes across the Service.
Delivering Microsoft Office training to individuals and groups of staff using a variety of appropriate styles and methods.
Producing and maintaining training materials, both physical and digital, to support Microsoft systems.
Presenting new ways of working which drive cultural change and bring benefits to working practice.

Able to work independently and flexibly.
Able to travel throughout Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes to deliver training.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

Qualifications & Training:

Educated to HNC/HND or Level 4/5 in an ICT discipline or relevant ICT experience.
Training qualification or relevant experience in developing and delivering ICT training to staff
English Language GCSE grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
Advanced ICT skill sets e.g. Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), or working towards
Full UK valid driving licence

Experience:

Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Applications including O365
Working knowledge of current Microsoft technologies
Experience in the design and delivery of ICT training to staff

£39,655 up to £40,739 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications
Temporary contract – 2 year

You will be required to travel round our sites so the ability to travel is essential.
