Are you ready to lead transformational change and deliver impactful projects that shape the future of our Fire & Rescue Service?

We’re looking for a dynamic Programme Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role where you’ll manage the successful delivery of strategic projects from introducing new systems to building a new training facility. All of which support our organisational goals, drive innovation, and improve services for our communities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading complex programmes from inception to delivery, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and aligned with our strategic priorities.
  • Supporting managers with expert project advice, templates, and facilitated workshops.
  • Driving business change and benefits realisation.

About You:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

 

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • A qualified project/programme manager (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, APM). Proven experience delivering large-scale projects. A full, valid UK driving licence
  • A full, valid UK driving licence
  • Salary: £50,631 – £51,914
  • Permanent Contract
  • Full Time
  • 37-hour week

You will be based at our Headquarters in Aylesbury but will be required to travel across the county.
