Chief Fire Officer and Chief Executive

Louise joined the Service as Chief Fire Officer and Chief Executive Officer in December 2023 after working in policing for over 31 years, most latterly as the Director of Operations for the Civil Nuclear Constabulary.

During her career she has undertaken a diverse number of uniformed operations, specialist, and command roles. These have included working closely with fire and rescue service and multi-agency partners on many community safety, public protection and safeguarding initiatives.
