Two appliances and crews from Aylesbury attended.
A fire was located within a tumble dryer in a kitchen on the ground floor of the property.
The firefighters used two sets of breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and a positive pressure ventilation fan.
They also carried out a Home Fire Safety Visit.
