One appliance and crew from Broughton and one from Newport Pagnell attended, along with an officer.
Smoke was issuing from a two-storey house when they arrived.
The firefighters used:
- Two sets of breathing apparatus
- One hose reel
- A thermal imaging camera
- An immediate emergency care pack
The firefighters provided immediate emergency care to one woman, who was suffering the effects of breathing in smoke.
The firefighters removed the heat source from the building.
The house was around 15 per cent damaged by smoke.
South Central Ambulance Service also attended.
