One appliance and crew from West Ashland (on standby at Aylesbury Fire Station) attended, along with an officer.
An aerial had come loose from its fixings and was hanging by its cables over a public footpath.
The firefighters used a 13.5metre ladder to release the aerial and lower it to the ground.
