Two crews from West Ashland attended.
A fire was located within a first floor bedroom. The firefighters used two sets of breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet, a thermal imaging camera and a positive pressure ventilation fan.
They also provided immediate emergency care to a woman and two children who had left the property before firefighters arrived.
