Seven crews (Two from Slough, Langley, Gerrards Cross, Maidenhead, High Wycombe, Beaconsfield,) alongside an aerial appliance from Whitley Wood, Incident Command Unit from Maidenhead and an officer.
Firefighters were called to one car and one van on fire which had spread to a nearby outbuilding and roof of a two storey semi-detached property (approx ten meters by twenty meters) causing the roof to collapse.
Both vehicles were 100% destroyed by fire, the outbuilding (approx eight meters by four meters) was 100% destroyed by fire, the roof of the semi-detached property was approx 60% damaged by fire, smoke and water, the ground floor was 100% damaged by smoke and water.
Firefighters used:
- Six breathing apparatus sets
- Two main jets
- Four hose reel jets
- One 10.5 meter ladder
- Thermal imaging camera
A crew from Amersham remained on scene until 01:25 (11/07/2025)
A re-inspection was carried out by a crew from Gerrards Cross at 03:17 (11/07/2025)
A further re-inspection was carried out by a crew from Slough at 06:35
At 09:25 a crew from Gerrards Cross carried out a re-inspection and a final re-inspection at 15:41 where no further hot spots were found.
A Fire Investigation Officer was also in attendance
