Three crews (two West Ashland, Broughton) alongside an officer attended.
Firefighters were called to a ground floor flat kitchen fire.
The flat was approx 5% damaged by fire and approx 30% damaged by smoke.
One adult had suspected smoke inhalation and was handed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Firefighters used:
- Two breathing apparatus sets
- One hose reel jet
- Positive pressure ventilation fan
