Four crews (Two High Wycombe, Amersham, Beaconsfield) alongside an officer attended.
Firefighters were called to a fire in a second-floor maisonette. One man was rescued from the property by crews and received immediate emergency care at the scene, believed to be suffering from the effects of smoke inhalation.
The property sustained approximately 30% damage due to fire and around 70% damage from smoke.
Firefighters used:
- Two breathing apparatus sets
- One hose reel jet
- Positive pressure ventilation fan
- Thermal imaging camera
- Small tools
Thames Valley Police and South Central Ambulance Service were also in attendance.
