Three crews attended ( Two from West Ashland, Broughton) alongside an officer.
Firefighters were called to a single storey commercial unit used as a fast food restaurant where the smoke cloak had been activated.
The smoke cloak was confirmed to be activated accidentally.
Firefighters used two breathing apparatus sets, a short extension ladder and a thermal imaging camera to check the area, no hotspots were found on inspection and the electrics were isolated.
An engineer was requested by the fireservice.
