Two crews from High Wycombe attended a fire at a ground‑floor flat.
Three occupants had safely evacuated the property prior to the arrival of firefighters.
Firefighters used two sets of breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.
Positive pressure ventilation was also used to clear smoke from the flat, and the property was made safe before crews left the scene.
