Two crews (Aylesbury, Thame) alongside an officer attended.
Firefighters were called to an adult male with a broken leg stuck on the first floor of scaffolding.
Firefighters used working at height equipment and a short extension ladder to rescue the male, he was then passed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
Thames Valley Air Ambulance were also in attendance.
