Two female adults were released from the lift by firefighters and lift was then isolated

Two appliances and crew from Aylesbury recued one adult male from a lift shaft. Male had fallen on to the top of the lift when the doors had opened and the lift had failed to move to the correct floor.  Male was released uninjured. The lift was isolated and lift engineer contacted.
