One crew from High Wycombe attended an incident at Chiltern Railways High Wycombe Railway Station.
Firefighters worked alongside South Central Ambulance Service, Thames Valley Police and British Transport Police to assist with the rescue of a casualty from the railway line.
The railway was made safe with train movements stopped while crews carried out the rescue.
