Two appliances and crews from Aylesbury, one from Waddesdon, one from Thame and the Control Unit from Aylesbury attended, along with one officer.
A small fire was located within an electric heater in the bedroom of a ground-floor flat.
The firefighters used a thermal imaging camera and small tools. They isolated the heater, ventilated the property, and provided advice. A smoke alarm was installed.
