On the 14 June 2023, Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes Fire Authority agreed updates to the 2020-25 Corporate Plan. This followed a review to ascertain progress made during the third year of the plan and consideration of future priorities.
The updated Corporate Plan sets out how we intend to equip and develop our organisation and its people to meet the challenges that we face over the remaining years of the Plan through to 31 March 2025, in particular the need to:
develop the Service to address the strategic context and priorities set out in our 2020-25 Public Safety Plan; and,
address the ‘Causes of Concern’ identified by Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services (HMICFRS) in their report on the findings from their second inspection of the Service undertaken in 2021.
A copy of the updated 2020-2025 Corporate Plan is available to download below together with the original plan approved by the Fire Authority in June 2020 and Year 2 and 3 refreshes approved in June 2021 and October 2022.
