Three appliances and crews from High Wycombe, one from Aylesbury, along with two officers attended.
A fire was located in the front bedroom and roof of a single-storey building.
The firefighters used two sets of breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and a positive pressure ventilation fan.
They also carried out a reinspection later on that evening to check for hot spots.
