Three crews (two High Wycombe, Beaconsfield) alongside an officer attended.
Firefighters were called to a small bedroom fire within a two storey semi-detached property.
The fire was out on arrival of the fire service. One female adult was believed to be suffering from the effects of smoke inhalation and firefighters provided immediate emergency care before handing her into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
A home fire safety was also carried out by firefighters.
