One crew from Newport Pagnell, one crew from Broughton, and a turntable ladder from West Ashland attended an incident involving light smoke issuing from an upstairs bedroom of a two‑storey semi‑detached property.
Firefighters used two sets of breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and a thermal imaging camera to locate and extinguish a small fire within the bedroom.
A positive pressure ventilation fan was used to clear smoke from the property.
The property was checked and made safe, and firefighters carried out further safety checks before leaving the scene.
