Three appliances and crews from West Ashland, one from Broughton, one from Newport Pagnell, one from Woburn, one from Buckingham, along with three officers attended.
A small fire was located on the ground floor of a commercial building.
The firefighters used one hose reel jet, a CO2 extinguisher, small gear and a thermal imaging camera.
A partial evacuation was carried out.
