Two crews from West Ashland, one from Broughton, along with an officer attended.
A fire was located in an electrical intake on the ground floor of a two-storey industrial unit. The firefighters used two sets of breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet, small gear, a carbon monoxide extinguisher and a positive pressure ventilation fan.
They also worked hard at the scene to support in relocating animals in the building.
