Two appliances and crews from West Ashland, one from Broughton and one from Newport Pagnell attended, along with an officer.
Fire was affecting a warehouse area of a two-storey commercial unit and generating light smoke throughout the building.
The firefighters used two sets of breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet.
Thames Valley Police and South Central Ambulance Service also attended.
