One appliance and crew from Maidenhead, one from Windsor, one from Slough and one from Beaconsfield attended, along with an officer.
A fryer, on the hob of a commercial kitchen, was on fire when they arrived.
The firefighters used:
- Two sets of breathing apparatus
- Two carbon dioxide extinguishers
- Three fire blankets
- A positive pressure ventilation fan
