Five crews attended (two Aylesbury, Princes Risborough, Thame, Turntable ladder appliance from West Ashland) alongside two officers.

Firefighters were called to two semi detached properties converted into flats and a fire located on the ground floor.

All persons were evacuated, and three adults were assessed by South Central Ambulance Service.

The ground floor had approx 80% damaged by fire, the first floor was 100% affected by smoke. The fire had affected sanitation and structural elements of the property.

The fire was believed to have started by an electric scooter on charge.

 Firefighters used:

  • Four breathing apparatus sets
  • Two hose reel jets
  • Two main jets
  • Gas monitor
  • Thermal imaging camera

The gas and electrics were isolated by firefighters.

A Fire investigation officer was also in attendance.

A re-inspection was carried out by two crews from Aylesbury at 14:11
