Two appliances and crews from High Wycombe and one from Beaconsfield attended, along with an officer.
A fire was located within the second floor of a domestic property. The second floor was 20 percent damaged by smoke and approximately 5 percent damaged by fire.
The firefighters used two sets of breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet.
One male was rescued by firefighters. Two males and one female were passed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service. The Helicopter Emergency Medical Service and Thames Valley Police also attended.
Once the fire was extinguished, firefighters carried out a Home Fire Safety Visit.
