One appliance and crew from Broughton and one from West Ashland attended.
The fire was located on the first floor of a two-storey house, and smoke was issuing on arrival.
The firefighters used:
- One hose reel jet
- Two sets of breathing apparatus
- Small gear
- A positive pressure ventilation fan
