One appliance and crew from Broughton, one from Newport Pagnell, one from West Ashland, along with two officers attended.
Smoke was issuing from the first floor of the building on arrival.
The firefighters carried out CPR to a woman they rescued from the first-floor bathroom.
The woman was then passed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
The firefighters used:
- Four sets of breathing apparatus
- Two hose reels
- Two thermal imaging cameras
They also isolated the gas and electric supply in the property.
South Central Ambulance Service, Air Ambulance and Thames Valley Police also attended.
