House fire

Past

Two appliances and crews from High Wycombe and one from Beaconsfield attended, along with two officers.

A two-storey building was well alight when they arrived.

Three men were out of the building. The firefighters provided immediate emergency care to two of the men, treating them for the effects of breathing in smoke, before passing them into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.

The firefighters used:

  • Four sets of breathing apparatus
  • Two hose reel jets
  • One main jet
  • A thermal imaging camera

The fire effected the first floor and roof space of the building. The utility supplies to the building were all isolated.
