Past

Five crews (two from Aylesbury, High Wycombe, Amersham, Maidenhead) alongside an aerial pump and four officers attended.

Crews were called to a two storey semi-detached property (approx thirty meters by twenty meters) on fire which had spread to the neighbouring house.

Firefighters used:

  • Four breathing apparatus sets
  • Two hose reel jets
  • Two main jets
  • Thermal imaging camera
  • Small gear

The property was 100% damaged by fire and the neighbouring property’s first floor and loft were damaged by fire.

Firefighters isolated the gas and electrics and cordons were put into place.

One adult was suffering the effects of smoke inhalation, minor burns to fingers and was handed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.

The fire investigation officer and Thames Valley Police were also in attendance.

A re-inspection was carried out by a crew from Aylesbury at 23:30.

A further re-inspection was carried out by a crew from Aylesbury at 01:38 (29.04.2025)

A final re-inspection was completed by a crew from Aylesbury at 07:00 (29.04.2025)
