Two crews from West Ashland, one crew from Broughton and a turntable ladder from Aylesbury, along with one officer, attended a fire involving the first floor and roof space of a two-storey domestic property.
Firefighters used five breathing apparatus, three hose reel jets, two main jets, a turntable ladder and thermal imaging cameras to extinguish the fire.
Crews made steady progress containing and extinguishing the fire before carrying out extensive damping down, turning over and cutting away operations
The first floor suffered significant fire and smoke damage, while the roof space was also affected by fire and smoke.
Thames Valley Police also attended.
