Two appliances and crews from Aylesbury attended.
The fire was located in the ground floor kitchen, smoke was issuing on arrival.
A woman who was suffering from smoke inhalation was passed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
The firefighters used two sets of breathing apparatus, one hose reel and a positive pressure ventilation fan.
They also carried out a Home Fire Safety Visit within the property.
Thames Valley Police also attended.
