Two appliances and crews from High Wycombe, one from Beaconsfield, along with two officers attended.
The fire was located within the ground floor kitchen of a two-storey property.
The firefighters rescued a man from the property, they provided immediate emergency care before passing him into the care of colleagues from South Central Ambulance Service.
The firefighters used:
- Two sets of breathing apparatus
- One hose reel
- A thermal imaging camera
- Immediate emergency care bag
Thames Valley Police also attended.
