Two appliances and crews from Aylesbury, along with an officer attended.
A small electric fire was out on arrival, located within a boiler on the ground floor kitchen.
The firefighters isolated the boiler, used a thermal imaging camera and provided advice to the occupants.
They also carried out a Home Fire Safety Visit.
