Eight crews attended (four crews from West Ashland, two from Broughton, one from Newport Pagnell, one from Aylesbury), along with three officers.
Firefighters were called to smoke coming from the first floor of an 11-storey high rise. Firefighters identified smoke was being produced by a bug fumigation product. Fire safety and prevention advice was given to the occupants. All persons were accounted for.

- four sets of breathing apparatus
- two main jets
- a thermal imaging camera
