One crew from West Ashland attended.
Firefighters were called to a tumble dryer on fire in a ground floor living room of a semi-detached property. The fire was out on arrival of the fire service.
Firefighters removed the tumble dryer from the home, and carried out temperature checks using thermal imaging cameras.
A home fire safety visit was also carried out by firefighters.
