Two crews attended from Aylesbury.
Firefighters were called to and extinguished a fire in a utility room on the ground floor of a two-storey end of terrace property. The utility room was damaged approximately 100% by smoke, the ground floor damaged 70% by smoke and the first floor damaged 10% by smoke. Firefighters removed the tumble dryer from the property. Firefighters also cut away debris in the property, dampened down the area and searched the property for hidden fire spread.
Firefighters used:
- Four sets of breathing apparatus
- One hose reel jet
- A positive pressure ventilation fan
- Short extension ladder
- A thermal imaging camera
