Jason Thelwell QFSM became Chief Executive to the Fire Authority in 2015 and leads Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service on its continued journey of improvement in governance, performance and financial management.
He is President of the Thames Valley Branch of the Institution of Fire Engineers and is the lead officer in relation to research for the Chief Fire Officers Association.
