One appliance and crew from West Ashland, and one from Broughton attended.
The firefighters located a fire in a first-floor bedroom. They used:
- Two sets of breathing apparatus
- One hose reel jet
- A thermal imaging camera
They ventilated the property and provided oxygen therapy to one man and one woman, before passing them into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
