Anne-Marie joined Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service in 2016 heading up the Business and Systems Integration Programme, having previously worked in a number of Change Management roles within the private sector.

In 2020 she took on the new role: Head of Technology, Transformation and PMO, responsible for Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Data Intelligence, Programme Management, Communication & Marketing and the creation and management of our new Portfolio Management Office.
