Ronnie joined the Service as Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development in September 2024.

He is an experienced HR leader and has held a variety of senior HR roles within the education and health sectors. In these roles, Ronnie developed great experience of strategic HR Business Partnering, supporting large and complex operational teams as a HR leader.

Ronnie is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute Personnel and Development (CIPD).
